Designer's map
“Designer’s Map” is a mobile application to guide designers around Euljiro, Cheonggye Stream and Dongdaemun with a comprehensive map of the urban manufacturing infrastructure in Seoul.
The target users are designers who have new ideas and want to try a prototype or production in small quantities, makers who imagine through multiple experiments, start-ups who are preparing to start a manufacturing-based business, etc. More than 30,000 company data are selectively collected, filtered, and categorized into 6 topics (Printing & Packaging, Metal, Wood, Plastic, Clothing, Others) and 139 sub-categories in the database. The accessibility to the local information is improved by the concise and realistic mobile application.
